About the Role:

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support project teams on the delivery of high-profile, design-led projects. This role is embedded within the architectural team, ensuring model accuracy, coordination, and quality across all project stages.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Revit models across multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
  • Run clash detection, QA checks, and resolve coordination issues.
  • Ensure consistency of BIM data and documentation.
  • Assist with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project setup.
  • Provideday-to-day BIM support, training, and troubleshooting for project teams.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Proven BIM coordination experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • Strong Revit skills (essential); Navisworks and BIM 360 desirable.
  • Knowledge of UK BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between design teams and project leadership, ensuring BIM standards are followed and digital workflows are coordinated across disciplines. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office.

  • 2-3 years experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role, with cruise ship design being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit. Dynamo, Navisworks, CDE’s, Enscape and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 standards, workflows, and coordination processes. 
  • You are a problem solver with strong design and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex BIM projects on time, within budget and across different RIBA stages. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients. 
  • Experience with cruise ship interiors or large-scale marine projects is desirable. 
  • You present a portfolio of similar work showing experience on medium or large-scale UK luxury hotels or hospitality projects.
