As the studio continues to grow, they are now seeking a Technical Architect to join their dedicated Technical Delivery Team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically strong architect (or architectural professional) with 5–10 years of experience, particularly in RIBA Stages 4 and 5. You'll play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-quality projects, collaborating with a wider multidisciplinary team to ensure design intent is upheld through to completion.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Architect, Architectural Assistant, or Architectural Technician with an architectural background
  • 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on technical design and delivery (Stages 4–5)
  • Strong technical detailing skills and a deep understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
  • Proficient in Revit (preferred) and confident working in BIM-led environments
  • Able to collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
  • A proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset

This celebrated practice is now seeking a talented Front-End Architect with strong concept design and communication skills to join their growing team.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a creative and detail-driven architect or interior architect with 4–5+ years of experience, and a passion for early-stage hotel design. You'll play a key role in concept development, client presentations, and visual storytelling across a range of exciting international projects.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years' qualified Architect, professional experience in architecture or interior design
  • Proven experience working on hotel or hospitality projects
  • Strong conceptual, visualisation, and illustration/drawing skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred 
  • A passion for design narrative, storytelling, and front-end creative development

What is your role:

You will be joining the successful and growing team who are currently working on large complex commercial, hospitality and education projects. You will be producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed packages using Revit and be assigned on projects mainly across Riba stages 1-4 to begin with.

The Client

Large global design agency leading the ever-evolving face of benchmark retail, experiential culture and hospitality. Founded in 2002 as a boutique studio dedicated to luxury retail, they have since grown into a global design agency with projects ranging in scale from masterplans and architecture to interiors and products. Their unique approach is reflected in the studio ethos and appreciation for the finer things in life, whether it be championing cuisine or promoting personal development.

They are looking for a highly creative and talented architect to work on large scale luxury mixed use projects in Asia. Based in their west London studio, you will work within a multidisciplinary project team to design and realise projects for the most innovative retail operator in the world.

Summary of the Role

This is a key role within the project team that will focus on space planning and base build on large-scale luxury mixed-use projects located in China (ranging from 150,000 – 800,000 sqm) from Concept Design to completion.

As a key team member, successful candidate will balance design, technical ability and efficiency to deliver cohesive architectural projects that are aesthetically innovative and technically feasible.

Requirements:

  • RIBA ARB Part III or Equivalent
  • Proficient Revit user.
  • Rhino, Enscape and AutoCAD are beneficial.
  • Mandarin Speaking is preferable.
  • Minimum 4 years of architectural design experience delivering mixed-use projects globally, with specific project experience in China.
  • Able to confidently assist the project lead in the design and production of interior or architectural projects within the office.
  • Able to confidently take responsibility in leading SD & DD package delivery.
  • Responsible for LDI and external consultant coordination.
  • Superb communication skills, naturally igniting great rapport and adapting style to all levels.
  • Consider the relationship between creativity and technical design as fluid.
  • Collaborative with other disciplines such as interior design, installation and branding.
