For the right candidate, there is significant growth potential within the company. You should be skilled in running projects, actively engaging with clients, and delivering compelling presentations. The ability to listen, understand, question, and interpret client needs to translate them into a concept is crucial. A strong grasp of market trends, strong technical skills, along with expertise in FF&E, is essential, as is being a self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative, and collaborative approach.
