A leading Workplace Design & Build company is seeking a Technical Designer / CAD Technician on a fixed-term contract to join their highly skilled team in London. Our client specializes in interior projects for some of the UK’s most prominent companies, handling a diverse range of CAT A & CAT B projects.
As the Technical Designer / CAD Technician, you should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT, with a background in commercial workplace interior fit-out projects.

You should ideally be an experienced workplace interior designer with a background in large-scale, high-end office buildings in London. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a professional architectural practice and demonstrate expertise in all stages of the design process, from concept to completion. For the right candidate, there is significant growth potential within the company. You should be skilled in running projects, actively engaging with clients, and delivering compelling presentations. The ability to listen, understand, question, and interpret client needs to translate them into a concept is crucial. A strong grasp of market trends, strong technical skills, along with expertise in FF&E, is essential, as is being a self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative, and collaborative approach.
