In this role, the Senior Designer will play a pivotal part in developing design concepts and managing the intricate design details,ensuring the day-to-day delivery of projects. Working closely with the Design Director, Creative Director and Associates in the Design Management Team, the Senior Designer will oversee the entire design process, from conception to execution.  The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in design and project management, spanning from large scale hotels to high end residential developments and restaurants.  Strong communication skills are imperative, as the Senior Designer will engage with client representatives and collaborate with various project team consultants. The role:

  • Developing the creative vision for the Studio’s projects alongside Management team.
  • Lead design research for projects in particular concept development.
  • Lead the material research
  • Engaging with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Knowledge of FF&E and overall project cost
  • Developing projects from concept through tocompletion   

 

Ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years’ experience as the client will consider experienced Mid-Weight Designers ready for the next step in their career.  Previous experience within luxury hospitality and residential projects would be advantageous.
