The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale commercial office projects, collaborating with a dynamic team of architects and designers. You will gain hands-on experience across project stages, contributing to design, technical detailing, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of commercial office projects from concept to completion.
- Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations using Revit.
- Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and clients to develop design solutions.
- Assist in technical detailing, planning applications, and project coordination.
- Ensure designs align with client briefs, regulations, and sustainability targets.
Requirements:
- Part 2 qualification from a RIBA-accredited school.
- Strong Revit skills (essential) with experience in BIM workflows.
- Experience working on commercial office projects preferred.
- Excellent design, presentation, and technical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
