What is your role:
You will be joining the successful and growing team who are currently working on large complex commercial, hospitality and education projects. You will be producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed packages using Revit and be assigned on projects mainly across Riba stages 1-4 to begin with.

- You are a part III qualified/ARB registered
- You have experience of UK Commercial work
- You have an appetite to work within an ambitious design-led creative process
- You have an interest and enthusiasm for making and construction
- You have the ability to work as part of a team but also with self-direction and initiative, displaying a strong commitment to the job
- You’re a skilled critical thinker and problem solver
- You have excellent drafting skills, Revit preferential but not essential
- You have meticulous attention to detail in design and construction
- You have a proven ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors and consultants
- Outstanding written, organisational and interpersonal skills
- You have excellent time management skills – the ability to work to programme and deadlines is essential
- You are highly proficient English language skills in verbal communication, reading and writing
- A willingness to partake and contribute to a vibrant studio
