What makes you good at your job:
- Your experienced working across all RIBA stages
- You are a RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations
- You are have previously worked within the commercial (business space) sector or dense residential apartment schemes
- You’re a whizz at using Revit and have a high level of CAD Skills
- You have excellent knowledge of NBS Building and NBS Create specification systems
- You have sound working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
- You have working knowledge of town planning procedures
- Your highly skilled within front end design and brief resolution
- You have at least 2-3 years UK post qualification experience
- You’re a skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
- You are someone who thrives in a social, encouraging, friendly environment.
What the role includes:
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications and Revit Software
- Planning, developing and implementing building designs, packages, details, within budget and according to UK building regulations
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
