Architectural Technician

An award-winning AJ100 listed practice with a well-established reputation for quality architecture, masterplanning and interior design. They have  extensive experience delivering an array of building typologies across workplace, lifestyle and leisure sectors.

You would be joining an experienced team of over 200 talented people collaborating to produce vibrant and inventive architecture in response to their client’s unique requirements.

Our client specialises in 3 disciplines - Hotels, Residential and Commercial Buildings.

Summary of Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Technician to work on a super confidential, unique high-value residential and multi-unit scheme in a prime location - Central London.

‍

You will be involved on the project from Stage 4 on wards and be joining an established facade team delivering a challenging yet rewarding and unique building. Project to be completed in 2025. You will have experience working on medium to large scale UK Residential projects.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Technician
• Experience working across all RIBA stages especially 3-5
• A portfolio of similar work showing experience on large scale residential projects
• At least 3 years UK experience
• Technically proficient and able to drive packages to conclusion
• Site experience / dealing with sub-contractors
• Reviewing S/C drawings
• Positive attitude
• Revit experience preferable but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and good multi-tasking ability
