Due to increased workload and growth our multidisciplinary client is recruiting for a Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their award-winning team. With a rich history dating back to the 1920s, they excel in architecture, interior design, 3D modelling, and more. Working closely with clients across various sectors, including health, education, retail, and research laboratories for leading institutions. With two UK offices and over 30 employees, they deliver high-quality and efficient design solutions for a range of industries, resulting in inspiring built spaces.

Summary of Role:

‍

We are looking for candidates with experience in delivery of large complex projects with advanced BIM/Revit skills and experience in Education and Healthcare project. Suitable candidates should have significant previous experience of working on large scale UK projects and experience of working on projects at stage 3 onwards, with advanced knowledge of technical aspects of construction. You are required to have excellent knowledge of Revit

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience working across all RIBA stages, especially 3 onwards
• At least 5 years experience
• Experience working on large scale complex projects.
• An advanced knowledge of technical aspects of construction
• Ability to communicate with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Rhino, Illustrator, and InDesign skills are desirable
