Architect - BIM Lead

What is your role:

We are currently recruiting for an Architect with 3D modelling capability to join our clients Transportation team in London. If you have experience of using Bentley Projectwise CDE and like to work collaboratively, this might be the role for you!

What makes you good at your job:

• You are a BIM Lead with Bentley OBD and MicroStation skills.
• You are RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations
• You have experience of working within transport and technology sectors
• You have collaborative experience of working directly with the client, contractor and multi- disciplinary design teams
• You have experience working across multiple projects providing BIM and Technical support.
• Having experience in Autodesk Revit and BIM360 tools are welcome.
• You should have experience in Autodesk Revit and BIM360 tools welcome.
• You have previous knowledge of using Common Data Environments in particular Bentley ProjectWise
• You have excellent knowledge of NBS Building and NBS Create specification systems
• You are highly computer literate, skilled in all standard Office and Graphic applications
• You are a skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
• You have working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
• You have working knowledge of town planning procedures
