Summary of Role:

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our rapidly expanding studio. This is a key role that presents a unique opportunity for growth and leadership in BIM management within the practice.You will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects and make a significant impact.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the studio, ensuring the effective implementation and management of BIM processes. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in coordinating and collaborating with project teams, driving the successful delivery of BIM projects. This role offers you the chance to showcase your skills, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining BIM protocols
• Implement BIM Execution Plan and set up the modelling environment
• Ensuring the accuracy of models and datasets
• Providing training and assistance to the project team and explaining procedures and standards
• Sourcing and maintaining model content
• Coordinating data modelling and handover of information
• Liaising with the design team
• Create adaptive components and custom Revit families  

Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications required:

• Minimum 3 year experience as BIM Coordinator with good knowledge of BIM Level 2
• Navisworks and COBie experience is desirable
• Capable of showing a solid working background with the delivery of BIM projects
• Experience in delivering projects to BIM standards (ISO 19650)
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments
• Familiarity with Task Information Delivery Plans/Master Information Delivery Plan
• Knowledge of Dynamo experience is an advantage but not required
