Project Architect – Heritage Project

We have a wonderful opportunity with award winning, medium size practice in SE1 for a Project Architect.

‍

The practice is 40 people strong, designing and delivering innovative and well-crafted buildings across residential, workplace, hospitality and heritage sectors.

The Role:

‍

As the successful candidate, you will prepare and develop drawings, images and other documents relating to design and technical delivery of projects covering all RIBA stages. Heritage experience is essential.

Key Requirements:

• a minimum of 5 to 6 years’ post part 3 practice experience particularly in the heritage sector  

• proven project team running and project delivery experience  

• excellent design ability including high-quality bespoke detailing  

• strong knowledge of technical design and delivery  

• excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability  

• experience of AutoCAD is essential and Revit is advantageous  

• excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• confident, approachable and a strong team player
