What is your role:
You will be working on some of the best hospitality schemes in the UK on high-end luxury projects for very prestigious clients in prime London locations. You will be producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed packages using Revit and be assigned on projects mainly across Riba stages 3-5 to begin with.
What makes you good at your job:
- Your experienced working across all Riba stages especially 3-5
- You present a portfolio of similar work showing experience on large-scale hotels or hospitality (UK) projects
- You’re a whizz at using Revit
- You are a newly qualified or an experienced architect looking to grow with a great team.
- You are cool under pressure and are able to work to tight deadlines
- You are a creative thinker and problem solver with strong design and technical skills
- You have UK Building regulations experience
- You are someone who thrives in a social, encouraging, friendly environment.
What the role includes:
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings
- Planning, developing and implementing building designs, packages, details, within budget and according to UK building regulations
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
