What is your role:
You will be working on some of the best hospitality schemes in the UK, on high-end luxury projects for very prestigious clients in prime London locations. You will be producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed packages using Revit and be assigned on projects mainly across Riba stages 3-5 to begin with.
What makes you good at your job:
- You are a qualified architect with a proven record of delivering successful projects ranging in size and complexity across all Riba stages especially 2-5
- You present a portfolio of similar work showing experience on medium or large-scale UK luxury hotels or hospitality projects
- You’re a whizz at using Revit
- You have experience and understanding and supporting teams / individuals across the studio with sharing design and technical knowledge.
- You have around 2-5 years UK post qualification experience
- You are a creative thinker and problem solver with strong design and technical skills
- You have keen interest in luxury hospitality
- You have experience working closely with clients – managing, presenting, advising, problem solving and delivering expertise across the life cycle of projects.
What the role includes:
- Designing and delivering high-end luxury UK hotels
- You will be involved in completing technical and construction packages for major UK hotels and working to project deadlines
- You will be producing technical detailing in Revit
- You will be developing and implementing building designs, packages, details, within budget and according to UK building regulations
- You will have client-facing responsibilities
