Architect - Residential

What is your role:

‍

You will be working on several large-scale residential schemes and high-end luxury residential projects for very prestigious clients in prime London locations.You will be producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed packages using Revit and be assigned on projects mainly across Riba stages 3-4 to begin with.

What makes you good at your job:

• Your experienced working across all Riba stages especially 3-5
• You present a portfolio of similar work showing experience on large-scale residential projects
• You’re a whizz at using Revit
• You have at least 2-3 years UK post qualification experience
• You are cool under pressure and are able to work to tight deadlines
• You are a creative thinker and problem solver with strong design and technical skills
• You have excellent organisational skills and good multi-tasking ability
• You are someone who thrives in a social, encouraging, friendly environment.

What the role includes:

• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
• Planning, developing and implementing building designs, packages, details, within budget and according to UK building regulations
• Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
