The Company:
Based in London Bridge, our client is a highly successful and established design studio, with wonderfully niche projects - including a 1 billion Euro project for a well-known entertainment brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience and expertise in using Vectorworks and CAD software fluently in 2D and 3D.
- Ability to create and develop conceptual designs, including the skill of using colour and texture.
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Self-confident and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage time, generate/manage schedules, and workflow of projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and visual.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and generate plans creatively using sketches and CAD software.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years' experience
- Expertise in necessary software applications, including Vectorworks
- Skilled in creating conceptual designs with a focus on colour and texture
- Luxury hospitality or F&B project experience
- Capability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Attentiveness and active listening to understand requirements and feedback.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take independent action with a problem-solver attitude
