Architect

The Client:

Due to increasing workload, we are looking for a motivated Architect in to join a highly motivated, friendly team of 20 based in East London.

‍

The firm works across architecture and masterplanning, specialising in mixed-use developments, housing, workplace, educational, commercial and industrial design.

Summary of Role:

‍

Work within the Commercial / Asset management team undertaking feasibility studies and developing options to enable (mainly food retail) clients to develop their property portfolio to support their evolving commercial objectives.
‍

With a focus on stages 0-3, this role involves juggling multiple small scale projects with fast turnaround times.

‍
As an integral part of this team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop within the role.

• have 1+ years industry experience beyond Part II
• be proficient in AutoCad; and REVIT
• have experience using Adobe Suite
