The Role:

Your role as an experienced Assistant Architect, or newly qualified Part 3, will be to prepare and develop drawings with a keen eye for design.  You will produce models, images and other documentation relating to design and technical documents across all RIBA stages predominantly within residential projects.

This position will suit an Assistant Architect with 3 plus years' experience, or a recently qualified Part 3 Architect.

The Practice:

Wonderful, friendly practice based in SE1 benefiting from a fantastic location and easy access from all around London via tube, train and bus routes.  The practice is a leading residential Architect studio with an impressive track record of building and maintaining relationships with large developers.  

Requirements:

  • Minimum professional experience as Part 2 or Part 3, being at least 3 years
  • Need to demonstrate strong design ability including technical detailing and technical design and delivery
  • AutoCAD proficiency with knowledge of Revit would be ideal.  Other software knowledge required is InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUP
  • Need to be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Previous client facing skills required, either direct contact with clients or assisting senior team members
  • Portfolio with either Residential, Hotel or Heritage projects.
