What is your role:
You will work on practice projects with a focus on high quality bespoke design. Prepare and develop drawings, models, images and other project documents relating to design and technical documentation covering all design and construction stages up to stage 4 on variety of projects from medium size multiple unit apartment blocks, penthouses to large commercial buildings and mixed use schemes £1m to £100m + construction value

What experience and knowledge the role requires:
- a minimum of three to four years’ practice experience working as a project architect at all project stages (especially stage 3 & 4)
- strong design ability including experience of detail / technical design and delivery
- excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability. Should be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar) and have appropriate rendering competencies
- experienced in Revit
- will most likely have worked in a medium to large sized practice specialising in residential or other high specification bespoke projects (e.g. hotel/heritage)

Salary starts at 40,000 up-to 55-60,000 euros per annum plus additional benefits.
