Are you a recently qualified Architect eager to gain further experience in a diverse range of projects across all RIBA stages?  This is your chance to join an award-winning architectural practice of 15 employees in East London, known for creating beautifully designed spaces that enhance everyday life.

Why This Role?

You will be working in a close-knit team of talented architects where your ideas matter, and your growth is prioritized. Here, you’ll have the chance to contribute to exciting residential and commercial projects across the UK, gaining hands-on experience at every RIBA stage. Our client believes in balancing work with a supportive environment, offering a hybrid setup with 1-2 days of remote work, so you can thrive both personally and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Confidently manage projects from concept to completion, liaising with clients and consultants along the way.

Play a key role in project finances and timelines, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Support team members with practical advice, sharing your knowledge and helping others succeed.

Get involved in the practice’s growth by contributing your ideas to marketing and development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 1 year’s post-Part III experience in the UK.
  • Proven experience across all RIBA stages.
  • Exposure to at least two sectors (ideally residential and commercial).
  • Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Right to live and work in the UK permanently.

Your Ideal Qualities:

  • A problem solver with strong technical skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Proven experience running live projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance.
  • Strong visualisation and presentation skills to bring ideas to life.
  • An eagerness to learn, take on responsibility, and make areal impact.
