What is your role:
You will be assigned to work on super confidential, unique high-value projects in a prime location - Central London. You will be working as part of a talented team, delivering and managing the technical processes for high-end, medium – large-scale UK residential and commercial projects.
What makes you good at your job:
- You’re an experienced Technician or Technologist with at least 3 years UK experience
- You are experienced working across all Riba stages especially 3-5
- You can present a super portfolio of similar work showing experience on large scale residential or commercial projects
- You are technically proficient and able to drive packages to conclusion
- You have some site experience / dealing with sub-contractors
- You have reviewed S/C drawings many times
- You are a Revit whizz with a positive attitude.
- You have excellent organisational skills and good multi-tasking abilities
What the role includes:
- Coordinating drawing packages in conjunction with the other design consultants
- Working collaboratively within a technical team
- Preparing detailed working drawing packages (Plans, Sections, Elevations, Schedule and Details)
- Investigating and offering technical advice on factors that affect building development
- Monitoring designs for health and safety and contributing to risk assessments
- Coordinating detailed technical information from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
- Preparing specifications for construction work
- Producing technical detailing in Revit
- Developing and implementing building designs, packages, details, within budget and according to UK building regulations
