What is your role:
You will be working on some of the best hospitality schemes in the UK, including high-end luxury projects for very prestigious clients in prime London locations. You will be producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed packages using Revit and be assigned on projects mainly across RIBA stages 3-5 to begin with.
What makes you good at your job:
- You are a qualified architect with a proven record of delivering successful projects ranging in size and complexity across all RIBA stages especially 3-5
- Fully Qualified and registered with a recognised body (e.g RIBA, ARB etc)
- You have around 3-5 years UK post qualification experience
- You present a portfolio of similar work showing experience on medium or large-scale UK luxury hotels or hospitality projects
- You’re a whizz at using Revit
- You have experience and understanding and supporting teams/individuals across the studio with sharing design and technical knowledge.
- You are a creative thinker and problem solver with strong design and technical skills
- You have keen interest in luxury hospitality
- You have experience working closely with clients – managing, presenting, advising, problem solving and delivering expertise across the life cycle of projects.
What the role includes:
- Working on projects to assist with the delivery for RIBA Stages 3-5.
- Engage and collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. This includes regular site visits, meetings, and communication to address any technical or design issues.
- Develop and refine architectural designs, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Provide creative solutions to design challenges.
- Utilise advanced Revit skills to produce high-quality architectural & interior drawing packs.
- You will be developing and implementing building designs, packages, details, within budget and according to UK building regulations
- You will have client-facing responsibilities
