Senior Architect

You will be joining a London based international creative practice established with the intent of producing exceptional architecture that lasts, working across geographies, building sizes and typologies.

Our clients diverse portfolio of built work spans the UK, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East and expertise lies within commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use, cultural, masterplanning and educational projects

Summary of Role:

‍

They are seeking a talented architect with a track record in the delivery of residential projects. You should have team management experience, be a great user of Revit and have worked on Projects / competitions for high end residential / mix-use (a plus!).

You would be joining a dynamic, growing team going from success to success, recently been awarded huge projects.

 Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years plus of post-Part III experience in the UK
• Experience with planning in central London
• Advanced understanding of building regulations
• Experience in technical detailing and documentation, and preferably specification writing
• Experience in coordination of structural and MEP
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of on-site construction, a knowledge of procurement routes and ability to direct and work within a larger team
• Experience with interiors joinery packages and bespoke items detailing
• Confident construction drawing package experience and technical knowledge of building components
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
• A high degree of proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential such as experience with Adobe Suite and Rhino
• Eloquence in both written and spoken English.
