What is your role:
An ambitious, highly motivated individual is needed to lead and develop others while delivering bespoke conservation and heritage architecture projects. This is an entrepreneurial job with a lot of responsibility and the freedom to deliver results. Working collaboratively with a wide range of consultants, this role offers an opportunity to work on projects at all stages of the RIBA process.
What makes you good at your job:
- You are Part 3 qualified and have at least 3 years working as a Project Architect for a UK based practice or equivalent professional qualification.
- You have experience on delivering projects through all RIBA stages and range of construction values.
- You have direct experience of complex refurbishment projects.
- You have working knowledge of delivering complex projects in Revit.
- Technical experience in RIBA Stages 3 & 4, Site experience in RIBA Stage
- You are a creative thinker and problem solver with strong design and technical skills
- You have excellent organisational skills and good multi-tasking ability
- You are someone who thrives in a social, encouraging, friendly environment.
What the role includes:
- Leading and running prestigious heritage and conservation projects (£5 -£10+ million plus)
- Leading the delivery and management of technical packages
- You will be responsible for information exchange and liaise with all parties from client to contractor and suppliers
- Ensuring your project work is of a consistently high standard
- Attending meetings on and off site and leading client meetings
