About the Role:
Our client, a highly regarded architectural practice, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality residential projects, utilising their expertise in Revit software and in-depth knowledge of UK construction standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical delivery of residential drawing packages for residential projects across all RIBA stages 4-5.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders during construction phases.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in large scale residential project delivery in the UK.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, including family creation and BIM processes.
- In-depth knowledge of UK construction techniques, Building Regulations, and planning procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Relevant degree or qualification in Architectural Technology.
