The Role

‍

We are in search of a Architect with strong technical delivery and design experience, ideally within the sports sector or other large-scale projects. The role requires expertise across all RIBA stages for exciting UK-based sports project. As an Architect, you will report to the Director/Project Director and collaborate with architects and architectural assistants, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and technical delivery across all RIBA Stages, currently focused on RIBA Stage 2.
• Develop high-quality architectural solutions for large-scale sports and mixed-use projects.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance  with UK Building Regulations and industry best practices.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior architects and assistants within project teams.
• Work collaboratively in Revit, ensuring BIM standards are maintained throughout the project life-cycle.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in sports architecture or large-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit for design and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages.
• Proven experience in both technical detailing and design-led architecture.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with consultants.
