Summary of the Role

‍

The role would suit someone with minimum 3 years professional experience generating creative design at all stages of projects and have a real passion for preparing technical design and specification information, with the ability to take responsibility for projects within the team.

Requirements:

• Strong Revit software knowledge
• 3-5 years of work experience at project stages of RIBA 3-7 is required
• A passion for sustainable design and architecture with good knowledge of specification writing would be advantageous
• Good communication skills are required, managing and fostering strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants and contractor teams.
