Technical Architects and Assistants / P2’s /Technologists / REVIT Technicians
We have several roles for talented Technical Architects, Assistants and Technicians for variety of Architecture clients in London.
Varying from 20 people studios to large scale 200 people Architecture firms looking for technically experienced Architects / Assistants and Technicians with RIBA stage 3 onwards on projects.
Your day to day task could include depending on your experience:
- Create building / project plans using Revit
- Communicating & managing projects,researching, planning, design and or drafting (this wil slightly changedepending on your experience)
- Collaborating with Directors, colleagues andclients
- Check construction plans for possible designcorrection
- Produce and revise layouts, design and workingdrawings
- Prepare technical drawings for tender stageconstruction
- Assist in further development of concept designand the design work (stage 3)
- Prepare detailed technical drawings (stage 4)
- Assist with construction drawings (stage 4 / 5)
Ideal candidate:
- RIBA or CIAT member (Architect, Assistant orTechnologist/ Technician)
- Minimum 3 plus years Part 2 or CIAT experience
- Able to demonstrate full awareness and knowledge of UKbuilding regulations within the Building and Construction industry
- Medium to large scale luxury residential,hospitality or commercial project experience
- Strong Revit proficiency
