As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will lead the design process, focusing heavily on the early RIBA stages across a diverse project portfolio. Your expertise will be key in shaping commercial, residential, public realm, and educational projects, collaborating with independent schools and prestigious institutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside top design practices and ambitious clients, making a lasting impact on high-profile developments.
Project Leadership: Independently lead projects and oversee small teams to deliver outstanding landscape designs.
Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
Client Collaboration: Engage closely with clients to understand their vision, present proposals to planning authorities and review panels, and contribute to design reviews.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge in urban greening, biodiversity net gain, SuDS, public engagement, and co-design to address complex planning challenges.
Design Excellence: Showcase creativity and a thorough understanding of the design process and project delivery across all RIBA stages.
Communication: Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and visual materials to clearly convey design concepts and project updates.
