You will be responsible for multiple projects and should enjoy leading design teams. With great technical skills, you should be comfortable managing construction projects with budgets exceeding £10 million. In addition to client interaction and coordination, you will utilize your excellent technical expertise and experience to run high-end international residential and hotel projects exceeding £10+ million.
In your experience as an Architect, you already have extensive experience with detailing, tendering,and construction with at least five years' post-qualification UK experience. In addition to excellent organizational skills, you have strong attention to detail and are proactive and positive in nature. You are a practical and strategic thinker who has a self-motivated attitude and is reliable and committed to the demands of the role. You have great knowledge of RIBA design process, feasibility studies, CDM requirements, and can administer construction contracts etc.
