  • You will create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design(CAD) applications
  • You will plan, develop and implement building designs, packages, details, within budget.
  • You will write and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts
  • You will adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
